ODU Automotive Contacts feature high-performance EV charging contacts engineered for durability and efficiency across all major standards. The TURNTAC® slotted-contact system combines durable geometry with optimized contact forces for low mating and demating effort, supporting up to 20,000 cycles. These automotive contacts feature a flexible design and accommodate high-current applications with 2.5mm² to 70mm² termination options and up to 12mm diameters. The automotive contacts are rated for AC up to 22kW at 400V and DC up to 250kW at 1,000V. These automotive contacts maintain stable resistance under vibration and harsh conditions. Typical applications include charging cables, vehicle inlets, wallboxes, and adapters for EV charging.
