nPM1300 Power Management ICs

Nordic Semiconductor nPM1300 Power Management ICs (PMICs) integrate essential functions required for BLUETOOTH® Low Energy embedded designs while supporting long run times and efficient battery charging. Nordic nPM1300 is configurable through an I2C-compatible Two-Wire Interface (TWI). This interface enables easy access and configuration of various advanced system management functions. These system management functions include a two-button hard reset, battery fuel gauging, system-level watchdog, power loss warning, and failure boot recovery. These functions are typically implemented as discrete components in BLUETOOTH Low Energy (LE) embedded design. Still, the nPM1300 PMIC integrates them into a single, compact package, simplifying system design and reducing the required components.
