Nexperia PMEG45T10EXD-Q MEGA Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are trench maximum efficiency general application (MEGA) rectifiers. The PMEG45T10EXD-Q are encapsulated in a CFP2-HP (SOD323HP) power flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. The rectifiers have a low forward voltage, low Qrr, and low IRM.
