The Rectifiers combine low reverse current, low forward voltage, and lowest Q_rr to enable high efficiency at high ambient temperatures. Available in several CFP package options with high power capabilities, these Nexperia devices offer a true alternative to SMA. These options result in better thermal performance and a smaller footprint.

PMEG Schottky Rectifiers

Nexperia PMEG Schottky Rectifiers are planar Maximum Efficiency General Application (MEGA) devices with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. These Schottky rectifiers are available in a compact surface-mount package (DFN, SOD, and DSN). The Nexperia PMEG rectifiers provide usage in a wide variety of applications, including high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch-mode power supplies, and LED backlights for mobile devices.
