Nexperia Leaded and Leadless Zener Diodes are general-purpose diodes that offer compact voltage regulation for high-density circuits. These Nexperia Zener diodes operate at a wide 2.4V to 36V voltage range and are available in a comprehensive range of packages and power dissipation options. The Zener diodes act as voltage regulator diodes in most electronic applications.
