BZX38450 Low-Current Voltage Regulator Diodes

Nexperia BZX38450 Low-Current Voltage Regulator Diodes are designed to feature ≤300mW total power dissipation and ±5% tolerance. These diodes are ideal for low bias and portable battery-powered applications specified at 50μA low test current. The BZX38450 diodes operate at 0.9V forward voltage (VF), 250mA forward current (IF), -55°C to 150°C ambient temperature range, and -65°C to 150°C storage temperature range. These diodes are available in small SOD323 (SC-76) SMD plastic packages and are used in low-current general regulation functions.
