BUKx Automotive MOSFETs

Nexperia BUKx Automotive MOSFETs are logic-level N-channel MOSFETs featuring TrenchMOS technology. Designed and qualified to meet AEC-Q101 standards, the Nexperia BUKx MOSFETs are ideal for demanding automotive applications, including 12V systems, motor control, and start-stop micro-hybrid systems.
