SA605 Low-Power Mixer FM IF System

NXP Semiconductors SA605 Low-Power Mixer FM IF System incorporates a mixer/oscillator, two limiting intermediate frequency amplifiers, quadrature detector, muting, logarithmic received signal strength indicator (RSSI), and a voltage regulator. The SA605 features a high mixer input intercept point, high IF bandwidth (25MHz), and temperature compensated RSSI and limiters, permitting it to be used in higher-performance applications. The SA605 meets the EIA specifications for AMPS and TACS cellular radio applications.
