PF502x Power Management Integrated Circuits

NXP PF502x Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs) integrate multiple high-performance buck regulators into a single device. These PMICs operate as a stand-alone point-of-load regulator IC or as a companion chip to a larger PMIC. The series offers built-in, one-time programmable (OTP) memory that stores key startup configurations.
