MC9S08JE128 and MCF51JE128 / MCF51JE256 MCUs are part of the NXP Semiconductor Flexis MCU series that includes both 8-bit S08 and 32-bit V1 ColdFire devices that have a common set of peripherals and development tools for migration flexibility. These ultra-low-power MCUs with USB connectivity are ideal for a variety of applications, including HVAC building control systems, PC peripherals, lighting control systems, industrial networking products.
