FS6600 Safety SBCs for the S32S2 MCU

NXP Semiconductors FS6600 Safety SBCs are automotive, functionally safe, multi-output power supply integrated circuits and the primary companion chip of the S32S2 microcontroller. The FS6600 SBCs feature a supply voltage of -0.3V to 60V or 2.7V to 60V and multiple switch mode and linear voltage regulators, with enhanced safety features containing fail-safe outputs. These modules are developed in compliance with the ASIL D process and with the ISO 26262 standard. The series will be qualified according to AEC-Q100 rev H requirements. NXP Semiconductors FS6600 Safety SBCs are designed for powertrain, safety, and chassis automotive applications.
