MPQ600 Quarter-Brick Isolated DC-DC Converters

Murata Power Solutions MPQ600 Quarter-Brick Isolated DC-DC Converters feature a PMBus™ interface and are designed for radio frequency power amplifier (RFPA) applications. These 600W board-mount devices include an input range of 36V_DC to 75V_DC and an adjustable output voltage of 14V to 35V with efficiency achieving 96.5% at 48V_IN full load. An integrated baseplate can be used to optimize the thermal performance in a closed box or air-cooled system application while offering input-to-output isolation of 2250V_DC with a basic insulation system. Protections include input undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and short circuit. Murata Power Solutions MPQ600 Quarter-Brick Isolated DC-DC Converters are designed to enable hardware engineers the flexibility to meet demanding RFPA system design plans.
