Murata Power Solutions MGN1 DC-DC Converters are ideal for powering high-side and low-side gate driver circuits for GaN in bridge circuits. These converters are designed with optimized output voltages to meet the leading GaN device requirements and bring the best system efficiency. The industrial-grade temperature rating and construction give long service life and reliability. The MGN1 DC-DC converters feature 1W output power, 3kVAC isolation test voltage, 5V/12V input voltages, ultra-low isolation capacitance, and characterized partial discharge performance. The MGN1 converters are characterized by high isolation requirements commonly seen in bridge circuits used in motor drives and inverters. Some of the applications include communication equipment, audio/visual equipment, base stations, and measurement equipment.
