XRCHA-F-A HCR Hybrid Crystal Resonators

Murata XRCHA-F-A Crystal Resonators are AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive use and measure just 2.5mm x 2.0mm. The XRCHA-F-A series is available with nominal frequencies in the range of 16MHz to 20MHz and provides a highly accurate high-quality clock that is required for automotive electronic control units (ECUs). Typically used for in-vehicle networks, the XRCHA-F-A series incorporates a crystal element within a ceramic resonator package structure. Frequency tolerance is typically ±100pm at +25°C. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C. The ESR is 30% to 50% lower than similar devices available on the market in spite of the small package.

Hybrid Crystal Resonator SMD Crystals

Murata Hybrid Crystal Resonators (HCR) Surface-Mount Device (SMD) Crystals are small, cost-effective crystals that feature improved accuracy of less than ±100ppm. This is achieved through a quartz crystal element encased in Murata's proven packaging derived from its ceramic resonator technology. This combination creates a timing device that is smaller and lower cost than standard quartz crystals while maintaining the precision of quartz. Murata HCR SMD Crystals are RoHS compliant.
