RH 150⁰ Radial Lead Ceramic Capacitors

Murata RH Series 150⁰ Radial Lead Ceramic Capacitors are low ESR and ESL, high capacitance, high-frequency capacitors suitable for automotive electronic equipment (power-train, safety equipment). The RH Series has X8L temperature characteristics (±15/-40%). Coated with a protective silicone resin, the Murata RH Series 150⁰ Radial Lead Ceramic Capacitors are available with a capacitance range of 1000pF to 1.0µF (50VDC) and a range of 1000pF to .022µF (100VDC). Murata's RH Series meet AEC-Q200 requirements.
