WE-CMB Common Mode Power Line Inductors (Chokes)

Würth Elektronik WE-CMB Common Mode Power Line Inductors (Chokes) feature a compact design that delivers high suppression of asymmetric interferences, even at low-frequency ranges. In addition, these inductors provide broadband screening due to a low capacitance winding technique. Würth Elektronik WE-CMB Common Mode, Power Line Inductors, are ideal for power electronics and suppressing common-mode noises. Parasitics can have a significant effect on the noise attenuation and current rating of a common mode filter. Würth designed the WE-CMB series for minimal parasitic effects over its useful frequency bandwidth so it does what it is designed to do - get rid of the noise.

PLT5BPH Wirewound Common Mode Choke Coils

Murata PLT5BPH Wirewound Common Mode Choke Coils withstand high-temperature environments up to 150°C and large currents up to 5.6A. These power supply choke coils measure 5mm x 5mm. The series generates a maximum of 500Ω common-mode impedance (at 10MHz), providing substantial noise suppression. Murata PLT5BPH Wirewound Common Mode Choke Coils are AEC-Q200 compliant, making them ideal for use in automotive powertrain applications.

PLT Filters

Murata PLT Filters are leaded-type common mode noise filters with high current capacity in a 2020 case size. These filters feature 45Ω to 1kΩ impedance, 3mA to 18A rated current, and 800nH to 20μH inductance. Murata PLT Filters offer up to 100Ω maximum DC resistance with a minimum operating temperature from -40°C or -55°C and a maximum operating temperature of +85°C to +150°C. Typical applications include common-mode noise suppression for power supply lines.

EMI Noise Suppression

Noise suppression has become an important issue, especially regarding electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
