GRM High Voltage Ceramic Capacitors

Murata Electronics GRM High Voltage Ceramic Capacitors feature a voltage range from 4VDC to 3.15kVDC and Sn-plated external electrodes that provide good solderability. The monolithic structure offers small, high capacitance and is capable of operating at high voltage levels. These GRM capacitors permit flow or reflow soldering, and other types with reflow soldering only. Murata Electronics GRM High Voltage Ceramic Capacitors are ideal for use on diode-snubber circuits for switching power supplies and as a primary-secondary coupling for a DC-DC converter.
