GMD Ceramic Capacitors

Murata Electronics GMD Ceramic Capacitors offer a 100pF to 1µF capacitance range, 6.3VDC to 50VDC rated voltage, and 1mm x 0.5mm maximum size. GMD capacitors are designed for wire bonding and use of gold-tin (AuSn) soldering and are ideal for package mounting. Noise can be reduced by eliminating the routing of the wire, and high efficiency is accomplished with the built-in capacitor in the package. Murata Electronics GMD Ceramic Capacitors are ideal for various devices, such as GaAsiC (mounted in IC packages).
