MPQ4322 Synchronous Step-Down Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4322 Synchronous Step-Down Converters feature a configurable frequency range from 350kHz to 2.5MHz. The MPS MPQ4322 features integrated internal power MOSFETs (HS-FET and LS-FET), providing up to 2A of efficient output current (IOUT) with peak current mode control. This converter is suitable for a wide input voltage range of 3.3V to 36V, making it ideal for automotive applications. It also has a 42V load dump tolerance and a low 1μA shutdown current (ISD), making it suitable for battery-powered devices.
