IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

MPQ3367A 6-Channel Boost WLED Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ3367A 6-Channel Boost WLED Drivers are constant-frequency, configurable, and peak current mode step-up converters. These drivers are designed to drive white LED arrays as backlighting for small or medium-sized LCD panels. The MPQ3367A 6-channel boost WLED drivers feature internal 100mΩ, 50V MOSFET, 3.5V to 36V input voltage range, 2.5% current matching, and an I2C interface with 3 selectable IC addresses. These drivers also feature configurable fSW up to 2.2MHz, excellent EMI performance, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and phase shifting function for Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) dimming.

MP3367 & MPQ3367 6-Channel Boost WLED Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP3367 and MPQ3367 6-Channel Boost WLED Drivers are step-up converters designed to drive white LED arrays as backlighting in small to midsized LCD panels. The MP3367 and MPQ3367 use peak current mode as pulse-width modulation (PWM) control architecture to regulate the boost converter. Six current source channels are applied to the LED cathode to adjust the LED brightness. The MP3367 and MPQ3367 regulate the current in each LED string to the value set by an external current setting resistor, with 2.5% current regulation accuracy between strings.
