MP6603 Dual Full-Bridge Motor Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6603 Dual Full-Bridge Motor Drivers incorporate low RDS(on) MOSFETs to deliver efficient and reliable performance. The driver's high level of integration, combined with a compact 4mm × 5mm QFN‑25 package, makes the MPS MP6603 motor drivers a cost‑effective choice for both brushed DC motor and stepper motor applications. Designed to operate from an 8V to 55V supply, the MP6603 drivers provide up to 5A peak current per full bridge, with actual current capability dependent on ambient conditions and PCB thermal design. Each half‑bridge includes its own independent ground pin, allowing accurate current measurement through an external shunt resistor.
