MP3320A 4-Channel LED Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP3320A 4-Channel LED Drivers operate from 1.8V to 5.5V input voltage range with up to 5.5V output voltage. These 4-channel LED drivers are self-adaptive and charge pump RGB LED drivers. The MP3320A LED drivers integrate an I2C interface with up to 16 configurable I2C addresses via an external register. These 4-channel LED drivers include Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) dimming and analog dimming for each LED channel. The MP3320A LED drivers feature LED open protection, LED short protection, Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), and over-temperature protection. Typical applications include wearable devices, smart and intelligent devices, and LED indicators.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
