MP28162 1.5A Buck-Boost Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP28162 1.5A Buck-Boost Converters are suitable for operating from an input voltage (VIN) either higher, lower, or equal to the output voltage (VOUT). The Monolithic Power Systems MP28162 converters are ideal for products powered by single-cell Li-ion or multicell alkaline batteries, where VOUT falls within the battery voltage (VBATT) range. Current-mode control and fixed pulse-width modulation (PWM) frequency ensure optimal stability and transient response. The fixed 2MHz switching frequency (fREQ) and integrated low-on resistance RDS(ON) MOSFETs minimize solution size while maintaining high efficiency.
