SMIQ MMIC Surface Mount IQ Mixers

Mini-Circuits SMIQ MMIC Surface Mount IQ Mixers are passive, wideband in-phase/quadrature (I/Q) mixers fabricated using GaAs HBT technology. The mixers are best suited to wideband frequency translation applications that require inherent image signal rejection and spurious mixing products. The SMIQ mixers feature a high input IP3 range, excellent image rejection, and a 4mm x 4mm, 24-lead QFN style package. This passive mixer covers a DC to 6GHz or 7GHz IF frequency range and a 6GHz to 40GHz RF and LO wideband frequency range. The Mini-Circuits SMIQ MMIC Surface Mount IQ Mixers offer lower noise figures than active mixers, which ensures a better dynamic range for high-performance applications. Typical applications include test and measurement equipment, 5G mmWave, radar, and satellite communications.
