Mini-Circuits PMA3 MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) Amplifiers offer a low noise rating in a tiny plastic package (3mm x 3mm x 0.89mm). The amplifiers also feature a unique combination of low noise, high IP3, and flat gain over wideband, making them ideal for sensitive, high-dynamic-range receiver applications. The 3mm x 3mm package product line permits space in dense layouts while providing low inductance, repeatable transitions, and excellent thermal contact to the PCB. Mini-Circuits PMA3 MMIC Amplifiers are ideal for LTE, Wi-Fi®, and WLAN applications.
