PMA Low Noise, High IP3 Monolithic Amplifiers

Mini-Circuits PMA Low Noise, High IP3 Monolithic Amplifiers are E-PHEMT-based ultra-low noise MMIC amplifiers, internally matched to 50Ω, that combine low noise and high IP3. These components operate over single 3V or 5V supplies in a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range and measure 3mm x 3mm. The PMA Low Noise, High IP3 Monolithic Amplifiers are ideal for use in sensitive receiver applications.
