MTX2 MMIC Balun Transformers

Mini-Circuits MTX2 MMIC Balun Transformers are wideband transformers with a 2:1 impedance ratio covering a wide range of applications from 2000MHz to 7000MHz (MTX2-73+), 5500MHz to 13500MHz (MTX2-143+), 2GHz to 18GHz (MTX2-183+), or 1.5GHz to 13GHz (MTX2-133+). The Mini-Circuits MTX2 MMIC Balun Transformers provide outstanding repeatability with low insertion loss, low amplitude unbalance, low phase unbalance, and RF input power handling up to +34dBm (2.5W). The transformers are housed in a QFN package with low inductance, high thermal efficiency, and a high ESD rating.
