0.050" Pitch Miniature Spring-Loaded Contacts

Mill-Max 0.050" Pitch, Miniature Spring-Loaded Contacts include compact pins and connectors designed for 0.050" pitch applications. The pins: the SMT and through-hole versions each feature an above-board height of just 0.166 inches and a full-stroke capability of 0.040 inches. These spring-loaded pins are crafted with precision-machined components and stainless-steel springs, all meticulously gold-plated to guarantee optimal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and long-term endurance. The pins boast a minimum durability of 100,000 cycles at half-stroke, consistently meeting electrical and mechanical specifications. Electrically, these pins are characterized by a contact resistance of under 20mΩ and a maximum current rating of 7A at a 30°C temperature rise. The pins also fulfill the shock and vibration requirements of IEC standards 60512-6-3 and 60512-6-4.

Series 854 & 855 .050" Pitch Connectors

Mill-Max Series 854 and Series 855 .050" Pitch Connectors are available as spring-loaded and mating-target, in single row and double row, and SMT and through-hole. The Mill-Max spring-loaded connectors accommodate uneven, non-parallel conditions and are used in portable instruments such as an internal battery connection or as an external connection for charging, as well as for blind mate assemblies such as stacking printed circuit boards. The Mill-Max mating-target connectors are RoHS compliant and suitable for reflow soldering.
