Mikroe MIKROE-2971 Buck 3 Click is an advanced synchronous step-down (buck) converter. This Click board is equipped with an onboard step-down converter IC that integrates low R_DS(ON) MOSFETs which allow high current output, up to 8A. The MIKROE-2971 click board features D-CAP3™ technology for low external components count. This click board operates at 800kHz and provides an optimal balance between the efficiency and the size of the used components. The discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) and Eco-mode™ ensure that the efficiency is maintained even while working with light loads.
