dsPIC33FJ64 GS Series DSCs

Microchip Technology dsPIC33FJ64 GS series digital signal controllers (DSCs) provide up to four times the memory of other Microchip SMPS and digital power conversion families. These flexible GS series DSCs can be configured for a variety of topologies, giving power-supply designers the complete freedom to optimize for specific product applications. Microchip Technology dsPIC33FJ64 GS DSCs offer up to 18 channels of PWMs with 1 nanosecond resolution, enabling an unprecedented number of completely independent digital control loops. Microchip Technology dsPIC33FJ64 GS DSCs support a variety of applications, including induction cooking, uninterruptable power supplies, renewable power and pure sine-wave inverters, intelligent battery chargers, and more.

dsPIC33F 16-Bit Digital Signal Controllers

Microchip Technology Microchip dsPIC33F Digital Signal Controllers (DSCs) offer the performance of a DSP with the simplicity of an MCU. The dsPIC33F core is designed to execute digital filter algorithms, high-speed precision digital control loops, and digital audio and speech processing. The dsPIC33F DSCs with Motor Control peripherals enable the design of high-performance, precision motor control systems. The dsPIC33F SMPS DSCs provide on-chip peripherals specifically designed for high-performance, digital power supplies. SMPS peripherals include high speed and high-resolution PWM, fast ADC, and analog comparators.

DSPIC33F Digital Signal Processors & Controllers

Microchip Technology DSPIC33F Digital Signal Processors and Controllers are a family of high-performance 16-bit Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) offering 40 MIPS at 3.3V, up to 256KB program Flash, up to 30KB RAM, and packages up to 100 pins. The DSPIC33F DSP family also includes an 8-channel hardware direct memory access (DMA) that allows data transfer between RAM and peripheral while the CPU executes code. The DSPIC33F devices are ideal for high-performance embedded control applications.

Automotive 16-Bit Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology Automotive 16-bit Microcontrollers include dsPIC33 Digital Signal Controllers (DSCs) and PIC24 MCUs. These devices are designed for extreme operating conditions, providing real-time response and high reliability, even in extreme temperatures, and features for functional safety to meet automotive design challenges. Supported by Microchip's complete ecosystem of easy-to-use software and hardware tools, these solutions provide designers with the right building blocks to quickly, easily, and cost-effectively develop embedded systems and enable first-time safety compliance.

Intelligent Analog PIC

Microchip Technology Intelligent Analog PIC reduces the system cost, conserves board space, and improves the performance with increased throughput, and transfer of ADC (Analog-to-Digital) data via UART or SPI. On products with DMA, data is directly transferred to the RAM to be processed in parallel. Each analog module may be individually turned on or off when needed. DMA enabled DACs (Digital-to-Analog) require no processor overhead for even faster responses. Integrated buffered DACs eliminate the need for an external buffer. DAC can be used as input or reference to Op Amp, Comparator, or ADC. Op-Amp can be configured for either the lowest power consumption or the highest speed. MCU internal voltage references can be used as references for integrated analog components. CTMU can be used as a constant current source for sensors.
