MCP6562 & MCP6564 Analog Comparators

Microchip Technology MCP6562 and MCP6564 Analog Comparators are optimized for low power 1.8V and single-supply operation with greater than rail-to-rail input operation. The push-pull outputs of the MCP6562 and MCP6564 comparators support rail-to-rail output swing and interface with CMOS/TTL logic. The output toggle frequency can reach a typical of 4MHz (typical) while limiting supply current surges and dynamic power consumption during switching. These analog comparators operate with a single supply voltage of 1.8V to 5.5V while drawing less than 100µA/comparator of quiescent current (typical). Microchip Technology MCP6562 and MCP6564 Analog Comparators are suitable for laptop computers, alarm and monitoring circuits, hand-held electronics, RC timers, and mobile phones.
