MCP2003B LIN Transceiver

Microchip Technology MCP2003B LIN Transceiver provides a bidirectional, half-duplex communication, physical interface to automotive and industrial LIN systems. These systems meet LIN Bus Specification Revision 2.2, SAE J2602, and ISO 17987. The device short-circuits and overtemperature is protected by internal circuitry. 

MCP20xx LIN Transceivers

The Microchip Technology MCP20xx AEC-Q100-certified devices are LIN 1.3, 2.0, 2.1 and SAE J2602 compliant and feature industry-leading ESD and EMC performance for reliable communication in extremely harsh environments.
