MCP14A030x Dual MOSFET Drivers

Microchip Technology MCP14A030x Dual MOSFET Drivers are high-speed drivers with low threshold input and Enable functionality. These MOSFET drivers provide 3A high-peak output current while operating from a single 4.5V to 18V supply. The MCP14A030x drivers are available in three output configurations such as dual inverting (MCP14A0303), dual non-inverting (MCP14A0304), and complementary (MCP14A0305). These MOSFET drivers feature low shoot-through currents, matched rise and fall times, and short propagation delays. The MCP14A030x drivers are highly latch-up resistant under any condition within power and voltage ratings. Typical applications include switch-mode power supplies, pulse transformer drives, line drivers, level translators, motors, and solenoid drives.
