LX5560 Low Noise Amplifier

Microsemi / Microchip  LX5560 Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) is ideal for WLAN applications in a 4.9GHz to 6GHz frequency range. This LNA comes in a 12-pin 2mm x 2mm MLPQ-12L package and is manufactured with an InGaAs Enhancement mode pseudomorphic HEMT (E-pHEMT) process. The LX5560 LNA operates with a 3.3V single positive voltage supply and 1.7dB Noise Figure (NF). This LNA features 0.5mm low profile and maintains up to 6dBm input third-order intercept point (IIP3). The on-chip bias circuit provides a stable performance of gain, NF, and current for voltage variation. Applications include wireless LAN 802.11a and WiMax.
