32-Bit SAM S Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology 32-Bit SAM S Microcontrollers are general-purpose Flash MCUs based on an Arm® Cortex®-M7 RISC Processor with a Floating Point Unit (FPU). The SAM S MCUs operate at a maximum speed of 300MHz and feature up to 2048KB of Flash, dual 16KB of cache memory, and up to 384KB of SRAM with Tightly Coupled Memory (TCM) options. The SAM S MCUs offer an extensive peripheral set, including High-Speed USB host and device plus PHY, up to eight UARTs, I2S, SD/MMC interface, a CMOS camera interface, system control, and analog interfaces.

SMART S70 Arm-Based Flash MCUs

Microchip Technology SMART S70 Arm-Based Flash MCUs devices are members of a family of Flash microcontrollers based on the high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M7 processor with Floating Point Unit (FPU). These devices operate at up to 300MHz and feature up to 2048Kbytes of Flash and up to 384Kbytes of multiport SRAM. The on-chip SRAM can be configured as Tightly Coupled Memory (TCM) or system memory. Multi-port access to the SRAM guarantees a minimum access latency.
