AT32UC3L AVR®32 Microcontrollers

Microchip AT32UC3L AVR®32 Microcontroller is a low power 32-bit MCU, featuring less than 0.48 mW/MHz in active mode executing real-life applications. The Microchip AT32UC3L 32-bit MCU features a built-in capacitive touch interface that makes the device suitable for a wide range of embedded applications. This Microchip AVR32 MCU family features picoPower technology that allows it to operate on less than 1.5µA with the 32KHz Real Time Clock active and below 100nA with all oscillators stopped. The AT32UC3L features 1.6V technology, which keeps the MCU fully operational in systems with a supply voltage ranging from 1.62 to 3.60V. The AT32UC3L also provides secure memory and a peripheral event system that eliminates interrupts processing.
