Microsemi / Microchip Adaptec^® SmartHBA 2100 SAS/SATA Host Bus Adapters combine uncompromised HBA functionality with basic RAID support. These adapters are ideal for SDS environments where hardware RAID significantly increases OS boot reliability, but HBA features and performance are otherwise needed.
