N-Channel Super Junction Power MOSFETs

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) N-Channel Super Junction Power MOSFETs offer high voltage ranges up to 900VDS and low resistance. These power MOSFETs provide ESD protection up to 2KV and meet epoxy UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The super junction power MOSFETs operate from -55°C to 150°C temperature range and incorporate moisture sensitivity level 1. These n-channel power MOSFETs are lead and halogen-free and are RoHS compliant. The power MOSFETs are ideal for high-power industrial applications.
