XGD Xtreme-Guard™ ESD Suppressors

Littelfuse XGD Xtreme-Guard™ ESD Suppressors protect sensitive electronic equipment against extreme electrostatic discharge (ESD) conditions. These suppressors are offered in small 0402 and 0603 footprints. The series is specifically designed to suppress fast-rising ESD transients up to 30kV while adding virtually no capacitance to the circuit. This helps preserve signal integrity and minimize data loss. Littelfuse XGD Xtreme-Guard™ ESD Suppressors are RoHS compliant, halogen free, and Pb free.

Circuit Protection for IoT Wearable Devices

Littelfuse Circuit Protection for IoT Wearable Devices provide protection and are also extremely small in size to be compatible with the small form factor of IoT Wearables. For general purpose circuits (buttons, audio, etc.), the SP1013 and SP1014 are available in 0201 size; for the ultimate in small size, the SP1020 and SP1021 are 01005 size. For high-frequency circuits (RF), the SP3022 is available with 0.35pF and 0201 size.

Electrical Vehicle DC Fast Chargers

DC charging stations are designed to convert the electrical grid’s AC power into DC power that can then be fed directly into a vehicle’s battery system for fast charging – in 30 minutes or less. Because the conversion from AC to DC power is being done in the charging station, these units can provide higher levels of power (50kW to 350kW and beyond) to the vehicle compared to AC charging stations. Working with tens to hundreds of kilowatts of power, efficient conversion, reliability of the system, and user safety are critical.
