Motor Control Solutions

Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes

Littelfuse TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are a broad range of circuit protection products designed to protect electronic circuits against transients and overvoltage threats such as EFT (electrically fast transients) and ESD (electro-static discharge). Lightning strikes, inductive load switching, and ESD cause electrical over-stresses associated with the transmission on data lines and electronic circuits. Offered in a variety of surface mount and through-hole circuit board mounting formats, the TVS Diode portfolio includes high peak pulse current and peak pulse power options up to 20kA and 30kW, respectively. Littelfuse TVS Diodes are chosen for the fast response time (low clamping voltage), lower capacitance, and low leakage current. TVS Diodes are available in both unidirectional (unipolar) or bidirectional (bipolar) diodes circuit configurations. 

Remote Keyless Entry Solutions

Littelfuse Remote Keyless Entry Solutions defend the powered circuits and communication lines of modern vehicles that receive signals from a remote key-fob. These signals control features like remote starting, door unlocking, truck opening, and other custom commands. These AEC-Q101 qualified devices offer peak pulse power dissipation ratings of 400W (SZ1SMA) to 3000W (TPSMD). Littelfuse AEC-Q101 Qualified TVS Diodes are ideal for applications such as DC power protection and ESD protection in automotive electronics such as electronic control units, sensors, and entertainment systems, as well as in portable devices that require high reliability. 

Headlamp Lighting Solutions

All of the series are halogen free, RoHS compliant, and AEC-Q101 qualified for high-reliability applications. The modules provide excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. Littelfuse ECall Solutions help preserve an automobile's ability to call the nearest emergency center after a crash. A range of Littelfuse TVS diodes and diode arrays, MLVs, MOVs, fuses, and more defend against the overcurrents, ESD, load dump, and surges that threaten these critical safety-based functionalities.

Engine Cooling System Solutions

Littelfuse Engine Cooling System Solutions offer protection against threats to the ability of an engine to cool using the right fluids.
