Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes

Littelfuse TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are a broad range of circuit protection products designed to protect electronic circuits against transients and overvoltage threats such as EFT (electrically fast transients) and ESD (electro-static discharge). Lightning strikes, inductive load switching, and ESD cause electrical over-stresses associated with the transmission on data lines and electronic circuits. Offered in a variety of surface mount and through-hole circuit board mounting formats, the TVS Diode portfolio includes high peak pulse current and peak pulse power options up to 20kA and 30kW, respectively. Littelfuse TVS Diodes are chosen for the fast response time (low clamping voltage), lower capacitance, and low leakage current. TVS Diodes are available in both unidirectional (unipolar) or bidirectional (bipolar) diodes circuit configurations. 

Remote Keyless Entry Solutions

Littelfuse Remote Keyless Entry Solutions defend the powered circuits and communication lines of modern vehicles that receive signals from a remote key-fob. These signals control features like remote starting, door unlocking, truck opening, and other custom commands. TPSMB 600W Automotive SMD TVS Diodes

Littelfuse TPSMB 600W Automotive SMD TVS Diodes offer a 600W peak pulse power dissipation rating and are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The series is AEC-Q101 qualified, making them ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in automotive applications. Littelfuse TPSMB Automotive SMB TVS Diodes are available in standoff voltage ratings ranging from 6V to 468V for unidirectional and 8V to 553V for bidirectional devices. These diodes fit design requirements for a wide range of automotive and industrial applications.

Headlamp Lighting Solutions

Littelfuse Headlamp Lighting Solutions are a family of SMD fuses, TVS diodes and arrays, MLVs, and Schottky diodes that protect against threats to modern automotive headlight systems. All of the series are halogen free, RoHS compliant, and AEC-Q101 qualified for high-reliability applications. The modules provide excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. Littelfuse ECall Solutions help preserve an automobile's ability to call the nearest emergency center after a crash.
