Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes

Littelfuse TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are a broad range of circuit protection products designed to protect electronic circuits against transients and overvoltage threats such as EFT (electrically fast transients) and ESD (electro-static discharge). Lightning strikes, inductive load switching, and ESD cause electrical over-stresses associated with the transmission on data lines and electronic circuits. Offered in a variety of surface mount and through-hole circuit board mounting formats, the TVS Diode portfolio includes high peak pulse current and peak pulse power options up to 20kA and 30kW, respectively. Littelfuse TVS Diodes are chosen for the fast response time (low clamping voltage), lower capacitance, and low leakage current. TVS Diodes are available in both unidirectional (unipolar) or bidirectional (bipolar) diodes circuit configurations. 

SZSMF6L Automotive TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SZSMF6L Automotive Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, the VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in automotive electronic applications. These surface-mount, 600W unidirectional / bidirectional TVS diodes are available in a small SOD-123FL package to save board space. The SZSMF6L series offers a fast response time of <1ns, low Zener impedance, high surge, and excellent clamping capabilities. Additional features include AEC-Q101 qualification, a lead-free design, RoHS compatibility, and PPAP capability. Littelfuse SZSMF6L Automotive TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive systems and components from high-voltage, high-energy transients.
