SP3208 0.08pF 12kV Bidirectional TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP3208 0.08pF 12kV Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode Arrays offer ultra-low capacitance ESD protection for electronic equipment. The bidirectional arrays have a typical capacitance of 0.08pF to ensure excellent signal integrity on the most challenging consumer electronics interfaces, including USB 3.1, HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, and V-by-One®. The diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±12kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation and safely dissipate 2A of 8/20μs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition).

ESD Protection Solutions

Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes

Littelfuse TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are a broad range of circuit protection products designed to protect electronic circuits against transients and overvoltage threats such as EFT (electrically fast transients) and ESD (electro-static discharge). Lightning strikes, inductive load switching, and ESD cause electrical over-stresses associated with the transmission on data lines and electronic circuits. Offered in a variety of surface mount and through-hole circuit board mounting formats, the TVS Diode portfolio includes high peak pulse current and peak pulse power options up to 20kA and 30kW, respectively. Littelfuse TVS Diodes are chosen for the fast response time (low clamping voltage), lower capacitance, and low leakage current. TVS Diodes are available in both unidirectional (unipolar) or bidirectional (bipolar) diodes circuit configurations. 

Ultra Low Capacitance TVS SPA Diodes

Littelfuse Ultra Low Capacitance TVS SPA Diodes provide higher-order ESD protection for challenging high-speed serial interfaces. Littelfuse Ultra Low Capacitance TVS SPA Diodes are ideally suited for 10/100/1000 Ethernet and data line applications.
