Littelfuse SMA6L TVS Diodes feature a 1.1mm-height package that offers the same power performance (600W) as the SMB package with one of the industry's lowest profiles. SMA6L protects I/O interfaces, V_CC buses, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.
