AQx AEC-Q101 TVS Diode Arrays

These robust diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes from 7A up to ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2). TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics.
