Low Resistance Resettable PTCs

Littelfuse Low Resistance Resettable PPTCs offer ultra-low normal operating resistance while maintaining the same performance of other Littelfuse PPTC products. The low resistance devices offer a 0.1A to 6A maximum current range, a 5V to 12V maximum voltage range, and overcurrent and over-temperature protections for various applications. The low-resistance resettable PPTCs are available in the Surface Mount Low Rho SMD Series, the Surface Mount LoRho Series, and the Battery Strap SL Series. The components are halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS Compliant.

Connected Drug Delivery Device Ecosystem Solutions

As a result, these PTCs are suitable for protecting Electronic Control Units (ECUs) against damage from faults that would otherwise require costly, complete module replacement.

PolySwitch Resettable Devices

PTCs are typically used as circuit protection in applications where sensitive components are at constant risk of damage from overcurrent conditions. Low Rho SMD PPTCs

Featuring a compact design, these fuses offer fast response times to fault currents with a maximum fault current rating of 40A. Littelfuse Low Rho SMD PPTCs are compatible with high-temperature solders and are available in a range of hold current ratings. These TUV- and UL-certified fuses are well-suited for USB peripherals including USB 3.0/2.0 ports, Li-ion/Li-Polymer battery packs, smartphones, tablet/notebook PCs, e-readers, LCD/LED HDTV, hard disk drives, digital/video cameras, computer peripherals, and game consoles.
