CD15 Mica Capacitors

Cornell Dubilier (CDE) CD15 Mica Capacitors feature a 1pF to 1500pF capacitance range with ±0.5pF to ±5% capacitance tolerance and 100VDC, 300VDC, and 500VDC rated voltage range. The CD15 series provides stable operation over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C or +150°C. These standard dipped silvered mica capacitors are ideal for timing and close tolerance applications. The broad variety of case sizes offers dimensions that meet EIA RS153B specifications, and reel packaging is available. Non-flammable capacitors that meet the IEC 695-2-2 standard are also available. Cornell Dubilier (CDE) CD15 Mica Capacitors are RoHS compliant.
