N6700 Power System Precision Autoranging Modules

Keysight Technologies N6700 Power System Precision Autoranging Modules provide precise control and measurements in the milliampere and microampere region. In addition, these modules have the ability to simultaneously digitize voltage and current and analyze captured current measurements and voltage over time like an oscilloscope. These autoranging modules offer a 50W to 500W output power range, 60V maximum output voltage, and voltage accuracy of 0.016%. Keysight Technologies N6700 Power System Precision Autoranging Modules feature overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection, and include a quick-disconnect connector.
