KYOCERA AVX TLJ High CV Tantalum Solid Electrolytic Chip Capacitors provide high volumetric efficiency and 3x reflow 260°C compatible. The TLJ series is available in 14 case sizes, including low-profile codes, with a capacitance / voltage (CV) range of 10μF to 1500μF / 2.5V to 20V. These capacitors are 100% surge current tested and environmentally friendly. Applications for KYOCERA AVX TLJ High CV Tantalum Solid Electrolytic Chip Capacitors include consumer, mobiles phones, and MP3 / MP4 players.

High CV SMD Capacitor Solutions

KYOCERA AVX High Capacitance / Voltage (CV) SMD Capacitors are designed to enable optimum performance across all power applications. This ceramic capacitor solution for SMD applications includes extremely high CV (X5R) MLCCs with low ESR for general-purpose decoupling and filtering and high CV (X7R, X7S, and X8R) MLCCs with FlexiTerm for industrial, automotive (AEC-Q200), and commercial applications. KYOCERA AVX Electrolytic Capacitor solutions include small case size tantalum chip, conductive polymer, and fail-safe niobium oxide (Oxicap™) that overlap with commercial, industrial, and AEC-Q200 ceramic ratings, in many cases providing interchangeable solutions. In contrast, the larger case sizes provide even higher CV options.

TLJ Tantalum Capacitors

Kyocera AVX TLJ Tantalum Capacitors offer a high capacitance versus voltage ratio based on stable MnO2 electrode capacitors. The TLJ series is an environmentally friendly component for lead-free assembly systems up to 3x reflow with +260°C peak temperature. These Kyocera AVX tantalum capacitors are suitable for a wide range of consumer electronic applications including the latest portable handheld electronics, cellular phones, and PDAs, as well as other digital equipment and cameras.
