TCS COTS-Plus Polymer Capacitors

Kyocera AVX TCS COTS-Plus Polymer Capacitors are solid electrolytic multianode capacitors with robust design for long operation lifetime. These capacitors exhibit improved basic reliability of 0.5%/1000hrs and offer low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR). The TCS COTS-Plus polymer capacitors operate at a temperature ranging from -55°C to +125°C. These polymer capacitors feature volumetric efficiency, Kyocera AVX Q-process with statistical screening, high-frequency capacitance retention, and surge test. Typical applications include long lifetime DC/DC converters, telecommunications, industries, and avionics. The TCS COTS-Plus polymer capacitors are lead-free and RoHS compliant.

High-Reliability Tantalum Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX High-Reliability Tantalum Capacitors offer higher capacitance ratings, a variety of case sizes, and low ESR options for critical output filtering applications. The portfolio includes COTS+ MnO2, wet tantalum, and polymer capacitors. KYOCERA AVX High-Reliability Tantalum Capacitors are ideal for automotive, medical, industrial, and specialty applications.

KYOCERA AVX COTS+ Tantalum Capacitors feature high capacitance/voltage (CV) ratings with low ESR characteristics. The capacitors are designed and tested for non-critical commercial and industrial applications. Custom screening options are available from Weibull burn-in times to the highest aerospace level testing to the SRC9000 KYOCERA AVX specification.
